We already knew they laid of workers... LAST YEAR. Why do you think they agreed to the acquisition for million of dollars? They want a cash infusion, and to have access to the U.S. markets.

This is actually good 'news' that simply confirms that this company is available to be acquired. But it's not NEW news.
