Hey, I don't mind getting the truth out there, if that's indeed the truth. If USPR is preventing conversions by deliberately being delinquent, it is just a matter of time before they get current and conversions kick in again. Or, they submit a Form 15 to be a non-filer.

actually, only the uspr convert holder can confirm that, but, whatever...

and for the record, uspr traded 6 million, 1.6 million, 2 million, and 3.7 million after jan 15th, so... no so much with the converts stopping on jan 15th.
