When K will be referred to as P53 activator drug?

If you read about apr-246 - you see mention in various articles

"lead program APR-246, a first-in-class anticancer compound reactivating the tumor suppressor protein p53". OR "the only drug in clinical trial targeting p53"

Despite completion of P1 for K and good results - K does not get mentioned - what is missing?
