what is important is where will the company be in 3 years from now...at least this is what I think

Indeed Fabius. I cannot say you are wrong. I never said IPCI will go bankrupt, but try to warn people sky is not heaven. Which mean that you not always must believe what some predict here for years.
I asked the same question 5 years ago when I bought IPCI. Where will the Co be in 3-5 years. Some predicted here it wouldn't be imaginable or impossible to buy it under $20! Well, we are at less then 5 years ago. Has something changed? Not for me, others will say a lot (and are may be right: 2 strenghts Focalin, Generic Keppra and Rexista improving).
But in words of real changes, which could improve the shareprice? NO.

Other strenghts Focalin, who knows? Read 2015 year end results:

We will be required to demonstrate bio-equivalence with Focalin XR® for the 40 mg strength under fed conditions as the basis for approval of each of the 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg and 40 mg affected strengths. The already-approved 15 mg and 30 mg strengths of our generic Focalin XR® capsules now in the market are not affected. We, along with our commercialization partner, Par Pharmaceutical, Inc. (“Par”), are cooperating to obtain FDA approval for the 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg and 40 mg affected strengths at the earliest opportunity. If approved, we believe that Par will commercialize the approved strengths as soon as possible after approval.

It is almost 8 months ago (!!!) they know what to do, but still and untill today very, very, very quied about it. May be they have same problems like TEVA did? who knows, they won't tell us, because that would the start of a real collapse!

Keppra commercialisation?

Some say they were surprised by the approval. Hallo ?????????
Are you kidding? How can you be surprised. I would do everything to have find a partner as soon it was filled with the FDA!

Rexista: As I already mentioned in other posts. Wait and see. My guess is that there will be a lot of obstacles (which we are not or could possible be aware of) still on their way which will slow down their possible commercialisation.

Last: Again --> CASH !!!!!!
Finding cash right now won't be possible without DILUTION. ATM? Yes, but that can hold maximum a year (if price doesn't fall any further). Some will take advantage of it (i think Odidi's), others will lose (i think joe retailers).

Cash-- the obvious problem with trading a stock one is long on is it hurts a growing company's opportunity to
fund the pops.

With no plan for commercialization we would have the same problems with Pristiq as with our last approval... Announcing a partner or update on plans to go it alone on any of the pending approvals would go a long way right now I think.
