day to day or hour to hour fluctuations are mostly irrelevant for most here, other than to just have something to comment about. doesn't really make much sense to try and time the daily fluctuations. There are too many factors that effect the daily movement, the least of which is pure manipulation. pm's go up over long periods and go down over long periods. best to just try and figure out which longer period you are in and play accordingly. all imho of course
