Yes. It is extremely hard to believe that the price of ECPL could be traded at such ridiculous low --- MEASLY $8K Market Value! ECPL has the FIXED Hyper Tiny OS --- MEASLY 22M shares plus a very important USA Patent which alone could worth Millions of Dollars market value! It is the cheapest OTC stock I've ever seen during my decade plus OTC investment career! The excellent SS is very good for a RM or BO deal...

One non-reporting OTC peer has the huge OS count (986,356,702 shares) but already hit 0.0008 yesterday! To match the Same MV --- $789,085.36, ECPL (22,000,431 shares OS) will create a New 52-week high 0.0359 which is 89.75-bagger Huge Investment Return from the current ridiculous low price 0.0004!

Why that peer could surge to 0.0008 from 0 x 35M-0.0001 within only a few weeks? It was completely due to Strong SLAPPING Actions --- the investors bought the shares mainly at the asking price! If the Same actions happen here in the coming week then we should see ECPL quickly soar back to the Multiple Pennies again...
