When it reached $2, it had 42 million outstanding shares. And little business. Dilution and not much in the way of sales killed the stock.

This deal is again going to dilute the stock, and, even though the combined sales will be much larger, there are still losses, and they aren't small.

TALK faces a tough row to hoe to overcome the challenges. One thing is quite sure. It willl never see $2 again, without a reverse split, that is..
