Why keep buying? No communication. Piao Longhua nowhere to be found. The investment group taking over WSP pipe hasn't heard of the stock, nor cares about it. To me....this seems an empty shell at this point. Maybe something will be merged into it, but at this point, WSP pipe is separate from the stock.
