Future TBEv dilution
just a start of it .

Tbev powder slippery slope hype new PR fluff coming soon
Filings full of typical bs and misdirect along with PRs .
Lenders will convert newly increased share structure coming.
Dilution= more share increase and back to triples for TBEV .
Not elegant but effective for owners to continue to sell shares spend millions on themselves see filings and many more months go by with nothing happening.
FYI In order for TBEV to make a dent in what the current financial situation is for the company .BTW they created it by design .They would have to sell 10 million plus in product to become close to solvent and much more.
Do the math on a say 50 percent profit. still massively in debt .
Just not there for a merger or partnership .Not a good deal for anyone.
