If they serve the lawsuit papers( making it official) , and there was a offer to purchase the company wouldn't that entitle the lawyers to a percentage of the sale as it will be stated it was part of the lawsuit. If they were to settle or sell the company before the lawsuit than we would only have to pay for the paper work that was completed to this point.
