Yeah, my impression is that he could get things done, and was the force behind their innovations..dunno if that is true or not, and not saying there weren't problems but geez this has been PAINFUL! I'm not sure what's going on there, but still hold some hope that the new CEO may be able to turn things around - they tweet and FB post regularly so that's something at least..(or is it?)..maybe with annual reporting around the corner we'll get a MUCH MUCH needed positive surprise. Hope so for ALL of our sakes here..
