Hate it to say it but the guys running this company have proven to be very shady when it comes to informing share holders on anything. I emailed their PR department twice and then emailed the CEO and never heard back once from anyone.
This however takes the cake ...good luck!!

It happens all the time in Pennyland. It's actually very rare for an OTC company to announce a reverse-split prior to it appearing on the Daily List.
