I have visited there.
It is a full on Mad Scientist Laboratory that birthed some of the most significant technology to come out in OUR lifetimes.
The place looks like Emmett Lathrop "Doc" Brown's lab in Back to the Future...
Cluttered and filled with strange looking experiments, and things going on...
I get excited and want to go on and on about it and then I remember that I am replying to a posting by someone that would really rather see it all fail so that they can be either:
A) "right" about something, and justify their dumb decisions.
B) fulfill their obligations to MM shorters in their greasy little circle jerk conspiracy to make money off of companies failing.
I suddenly realize- why should I bother to waste energy on it?
I have my shares, and am gonna get more.
