I'm a newbie, but does it matter that both these companies VICT/CHIT have the same CEO/COO/CFO/Directors/shady lawyer (Hand), etc. Is it a conflict of interest to shareholders to swap around assets and subsidiaries? I'm not saying it is...I'm just asking.
