Locked and loaded with $ELTP shares waiting now for Nasrat Hakim PR next week starting from Mar 14th that the FDA is or has already started their review for the 505B2 NDA $ELTP's requested approval of ADF SequestOx ELI-200.
Based on such histories of excellent HAL and P3 Clinical efficacy, it is fully expected IMO that +90% of such reviews will be approved for Commercial launch. $ELTP believes also because of the upfront monies expended in building the new manufacturing and packaging facilities. As well partner EPIC also believes because of the build out of marketing and distribution personnel as well as the milestone monies committments. $5 mil already given and $2.5 mil will be given with official PR next week.
While $ELTP PPS is difficult to predict because of the OTC Naked and Covered shorting, I would expect new retail buyers and perhaps some Institutional Investors, like Eastern Ken Dart etc. that are not limited by their charters of Nasdaq listed and minimum initial PPS in the $2 to $5 range.
I am fully expecting that $ELTP PPS will at least launch into $0.40s again while waiting for the FDA to complete its 4 to 6 month approval review. There are many LT investors on the sidelines but wait for NH offical PR next week to at least start their investments.
