On February 11, 2011,CA applied to form a corporate joint venture, Enping City Bi Tao A Power Prawn Culture Development Co. Limited (“EBAPCD”), incorporated in the People’s Republic of China.CA has the right to acquire up to a 75% equity interest in EBAPCD. EBAPCD has not commenced its business of prawn cultivation.

This is PF1. My guess is, they cancelled the application when they decided to build out the farm. Or approval was denied, because they didn't take care of the waste water. Don't tell me they started doing aquaponics over there a year ago for the fun of it.

For PF2 we do not have any evidence that SIAF applied. Again, the plan has changed a couple of times and may still be changing.

It's pretty amazing how Solomon runs this company. He keeps building and expanding companies he does not own. He can't acquire them. And even if he could, he doesn't have the money. Now, he wants to spin off something he does not own, so he can finance another farm he does not own.
