I believe thats a possiblity but there suppose to have financing in place for operations....i do remember that so why not just pay the bills and leave the stock alone.
They still need a couple of big contracts to fund or it would only be a temporary bump. We need revenue streams with a port, gov't, Sprint, or a mighty nice acquistion to bring value to both entities. Hopefully the picture will begin to unfold shortly. We still have tremendous upside. RedCloud
