Thanks. Yes, that is why I am here. If you look at my posts you will see that I am a straight shooter and have been around the OTC and Pinks for more than a decade so I have seen a lot of shady stuff which has made me quite skeptical. That doesn't mean I won't trade it even if I don't believe in the company so regardless what I find in my DD I may still take on a short term position.

Anyway, yes I understand they are a holding company but they would report the combined revenue of the companies they are holding.

One interesting note is the 8K says the financials are unaudited yet the website says they are audited. I would take the filing as the higher power between the two. What's your take?
