Just to be sure the news was not bogus, I called the company. The gentleman I spoke to was knowledgeable and passionate about the new customer base they were serving.
In the conversation I surmise, cash flow positive, hiring new reps, nationwide service already, and how long they already have been in business.
The share count news has been updated to the OTC website. The restricted further reduced count has not been put there.
They have had numerous calls like mine asking if the share lock up was real. The response from the callers has actually turning into positive publicity for the company growth not just stock notoriety. Thus the thinking is putting news into big news wire service would be greater visual for company growth.
I don't see them as a fluff PR machine as the growth is there already on a scale that they just need to manage it with positive results for their new customer stream....
Call.. See if you get the same opinion. I bot some, Friday and some today. Mine are not for sale.
This is not a developmental company. It is a small media company that has gone into the first inning of its cycle of profitable operation. I don't think this will take much time to make early investors proud.
