Next you say they have paid off debt. The shareholders are paying off debt as shown by the massive dilution.

NYSE requires $3 pps and a sizable fee to uplist. If you think this company is going there, I'll buy up a million shares tomorrow and sell then to you at the discounted price of $1.50.
