Not far as I can see-lot of changes since they won the suit:) Cash should be over but they aren't printing AND they have started a new project. As the new Director put in place last summer has a lot of know-out and connections, I'm dreaming of a partnership or something similar :) Share price is not going down... let's see .... :)
