why Donald Trump is winning in the polls. People are fed up with political corruption and are willing to gamble with Trump rather than nominate another corrupt "establishment" candidate. The timing of the IRS debacle is very suspect. It screams that it is politically motivated. Right before drilling.. I mean REALLY?
They had taxable income in 2006 which is the year they got 45 million for the JDZ. Even after the audit adjustment, that should have been wiped out by tax loss carryovers and carrybacks but they forgot to file the Form needed to do that. Who ever failed to do that, should be fired. I believe that should have happened in 2009. Both Ntephe and Obodulu were there then. That is another reason why they shouldn't be there now.
