how does one (Kent Linduff) change his mind when he was turned down on 3 separate occasions prior yet then still sold Certificates in the LLc after being turned down. Sounds like he just found someone who was willing to buy (yet pay/invest less than his original offer/request) but still buy 2 Certificates ;-)

How does one do that when the LLC is selling interests to third parties?
