They are waiting on each other - period. RULES and REGS!

- Auditors require an update of ALL financials up to date before they will sign-off on any old quarters.

- It is correct that they are waiting on the company to provide ALL financials up to date...even through current quarters.

- And ALL of the outstanding quarters must be gone through by the Auditor before they will sign-off on even the March 2015 filing.
