Would this be considered a smoking gun here? Dr. Fisher is implying from this email that he may have "jumped the gun" on FDA news, which I would take from this exchange on or about July 6 that a decline was going to be announced. Is that how anyone else reads this? Wasn't the decline PR'd by Jim on July 15? This communication tells me that the company was aware either verbally or in writing that the FDA was declining the 12/14 de novo submission.
