Perhaps the CEO can do better than:
1:10 for 2010
1:100 for 2015

If I had 20,000 shares in 2010 than I would need 60,000 shares of CBIS from the CEO to fulfill promised dividend

Should have been
20,000 -:- 10 = 2000 class A shares

Class A shares could be exchanged for B shares at a ratio of 1 for 30

This is the way I understood it

I think the 2015 would need to be 10:3
