I copied off that first recipe.. i like texas chicken fried steak.. but it is rare that you can find the genuine article. There was a roadside place near Bastrop..

I see that CDEX finally broke through the forty barrier into the thirties today. Back up the wagon, BOYOs and GIRLYOs. Nivver see these prices again!! I reckon. Bear predicted 35.. a quarter could happen.

You dont forget a thing, do you? Forgot all about that but ya still got to be here to collect. The following link is the place to go. Not a bit fancy but the CFS is out of this world. Have not been there in years though, traffic in this town now is just unreal. I cannot wait to get the hexx out of this town when I retire in a year or two.
