His name is Parkin, not Perkin.
You probably talked to the wrong person:)

Charlie,
You name dropper. Can't believe you would mention such a famous person. I thought you were a down to earth guy.
And after you said that famous person's name in your post you were kind enough to mention Mr. Parkin's name in the post too.

Just kidding. Thanks for the mention. I am glad you heard a kind encouraging word from Mr. Parkin in your email.
Just like him to say something positive without spilling the beans.
Guess we just wait and see how things are coming along.

Just so you know my birthday is coming up (50th) on August 12, 2006 and I think I shall have a very fine birthday with all I am seeing with NDOL and SPRL.

I forgot to tell you my birthday was coming up in my email to you. Don't need anything since I have my health, a great family, good friends and a few stocks to sit on and wait.

Enjoy your evening.
Blessings
Brent

With all due respect to cm3i,

there must be some mistake in his communication with Gerald Parkin. According to him, Parkin blamed the delay in acquiring the new symbol to the SEC needing more information, etc.

In actuality, the SEC has absolutely no role in issuing a new symbol. In order to make sure my information was correct, I inquired of the SEC, and this is the response I recieved:

Dear Mr. xxxxxxxxxx Thank you for contacting the SEC.

The SEC does not issue stock symbols. Therefore, unless the company
has reported a symbol change in its SEC filings, we will not have the
information. I note that not all pink sheet securities are SEC reporting
companies. If you have not done so already, you may want to check the
Pinksheets' website, www.pinksheets.com for any information that it
may have about the name change.

Sincerely,
