Anyone who buys stocks like GDET with toxic debt and consistent losses knows they're likely to lose it all. I don't really think you can blame the OTC and GDET.
For every $1 profit 1 investor makes on an OTC stock, insiders and toxic lenders make $10 and other investors lose $11. It's a shell game.
