I'm in a company called Two Rivers Water & Farm (TURV).

They buy water rights and sell them to farms but also construct greenhouses that allow for the lowest costs per pound in the MJ business. They have one greenhouse operating in Pueblo, CO with a second one under construction.

Up until a few days ago they never touched the MJ seed, instead having a 50/50 margin arrangement with their tenant that pays for rent and admin fees. However one of the TURV principals has purchased that tenant. Hopefully the related party transaction is beneficial to the company but it's still too early to tell.

Their first MJ harvest was a few days ago....expect 250-300 pounds per week. Continuously replanting. Costs they say are 1/3 of warehouse growers with almost double the results with excellent quality. Selling price is $900 per oz, about 50% of market price, so they are looking to take share. Hopefully it does not become a race to the bottom.

The company Still has it water rights business and flower and vegetable farming business. Last 10-Q stated $1.7 million revenue for nine months ended 9/30/15. Most of their revenue at that point was from the third quarter as Q3 and Q4 are typically their strongest periods.

This is not a recommendation to buy the stock. I found it just an interesting play on MJ.
