The issue is if kabila does not give up power and obey the Constitution come this November there could be lots of instability... Even civil war. I am no expert. Are there any folks here who really understand the climate right now in DRC regarding the upcoming elections?
They have minimal control over the east and there is tribalism and local warlords everywhere.
This is a region where there was the Rwandan Genocide... 5 million dead...as big a the Jewish holocaust.
I think nothing will happen but...they could care less about investments when the bullets start flying and they are lining people up to have their heads severed by machetes and then stacking those heads in piles.
