in this case $12.5 million in sales (ttm) versus $.20 in price is only .64 times (LT 1)

40 million shares outstanding x .20 or $8 million mkt cap/$12.5 sales=
.64 P to S ratio


If you value at 1 times sales (ttm) it would be worth .31 cents per share or a 50% increase from here!!

At 4 times sales 1.24 per share
