These guys that issued themselves shares need to cash in on them.

My guess is there is rumours being spread in anticipation for the dump.

Once they are current they can dump shares.

Saying that, there should be an opportunity to make a buck as long as they have hired the right people to promote.

It will be bad though, if they are happy with the current sp and just want the volume increased.
