Is that the same CFO that claimed the transfer agent wasn't gagged? Did he take any responsibility for the IRS fiasco? What did say about the IRS lien affecting ERHC'S ability to pay for their share of drilling? Where did he say the 2 million we were supposed to get from Kosmos went? Or did you not ask any of those questions?

When spudding does take place we will have already found out from a third party source !

These scammers are clearly up to something or else they would be trying to cultivate a run up and not smother one !!
