In reading it doesn't look like they are doing any small scale home grows.
However, you bring up a good point. Perhaps there ought to be a stipulation for home grows moving forward. Must have x amount of insurance depending on where the grow will be. That seems reasonable and necessary.

I'm hoping for both. Limited home grows will quell the opposition without hurting LP's and expand LP's reach via the dispensary.

thinking of insuring my tomato plants in the garden this year, or the herbs my wife keeps by our window

not much damage a cannabis plant can do to anything or anyone from seed to sale - when it comes to home grows it is really simple, easy and safe to have a few plants growing

commercial cannabis production should be done in warehouses and stuff though, and yeah that should probably be insured because it is really valuable and a big investment
