No offense to anybody, but most likely because they get responses from her and feel some sort of personal connection. I would definitely say that's the case for mrbe or whatever that posters name is..for others I don't know..I mean it is cool to get a response from a ceo but that certainly doesn't mean that that ceo is going to be truthful or look out for your best interests. Most care about one thing and one thing only-themselves..however they know they gotta please some of their shareholders so a simple one sentence email response that takes 5 Seconds is their way to appease.
