The 10K was due on November 30th, 2015. It is now March of 2016. It is delinquent. It has been delinquent. 34 days later from UMS audit having been released, iTalk's FYE 2015 audit is 93 days delinquent. Strange that a delinquent registrant files an 8K with audited financials for an acquisition but not the registrant.
