Being an SEC filer does not mean they are a legitimate business.

Some of the biggest mining scams in Arizona have been (and are) SEC filers. On-time filings, for years. And investors ripped off for years on nonexistent gold that only their "special" process can detect.

I don't mind waiting for Double Crown news either. We know how much is cooking here with their commodity supply agreements, signed contracts already announced, all the purchase agreements they set up in past years with mining sources, their own gold mining property in Canada, and, of course, the company's Translock container system that has so much potential. This is a company we can have confidence in because they do everything so legitimately which all their SEC filings clearly prove.
