German bought shares now being sold in US markets pocketing a nice currency arbitrage gain in my opinion. You can actually see the correlation between the buys over there and the sells over here from my analysis. ALWAYS a good time to use this scheme to sell your shares. Peeps should read this stuff! It is very poorly argued. The argument boils down to the district court did not understand the tech....and the tech was read and decided by AN MIT GRADUATE judge!! No way u folks can win this. Like I said there is a "clear error" standard the federal circuit uses to over turn district court decisions. That simply does not exist here since the district courts decision is very well reasoned and supported with supreme technical knowledge the federal circuit judges simply do not have. No federal judge or appeals judge is going to get promoted by the Democrats that control the appointments for the next 20+ years unless they crush patent trolls like PTSC. They are all in big techs back pocket. Sure it is not fair but that is the reality you face. The federal circuit will defer to the district court...as they do in any case and dispatch this case very easily YOU LOSE. The time to sell is now while the stock is still worth .007c!
