Thnx for the post, what I read here is Oaktree sold the Chinese, mountain pass lock stick and barrel. The Chinese can now mothball this operation until needed or retool it and wait till the market returns. Either way, they now control what 90+% of the worldwide really market....amazing! Thank you moly for inept management

I'm not following the case. I owned it before they filed bankruptancy,Before 60 minutes. I don't know why the don't refinance and make the loan extended out where they can afford the payments.
