Next question is what happens to the 700 million restricted shares they gave themselves 5 months ago?
Are they reverse split too?
If so, will they issue themselves more shares?
Why would convertible debt holders want to exchange their ability to sell discounted shares at a profit for preferred shares which they can't sell?

This just gets worse and worse.
