Once again, it's my belief marilu really didn't "do" any deal..her company owed millions of debt to the company they are merging to and btzo had no cash and no liquidity and no ways of raising the cash since os is so high already and no bid for so long. I believe it was either bankrupt and bust or merge. I don't believe there was any "genious" work here at all but rather a necessity forced upon btzo due to previous bad decisions and management. So will this benefit anybody? Who knows at this point

If I were Marilu, I'd wonder what kind of penny-stock investors were buying into my company. Most boards run with any kind of news they can get their hands on. She may have heard about Alamode's deal that affected us, before it happened. It happened, and we ignored it. She may have also been referring to this most recent merger, but we refuse to accept the idea that this was the deal she had in mind. I just don't get what kind of special news everyone is waiting for. We've gotten news in the last year, some of it is posted on this board's main page. What am I missing, besides the expectations of one pinkie in a million being unrealistically high.
