#3780 RE: Solarman #3779

Meaning simply, MMMW is BANKRUPT due to A_NEGATIVE_VALUE, offset only by NO CASH, NO ASSETS, NO RECORDED SALES, and almost NO AVAILABLE EQUITY left to issue. I ask again, what really has changed since the last financial report from a period over a year ago??

$7.5M divided by 58.6M shares comes to .127 per outstanding share on average. Last time MMMW traded anywhere near .13 was in 2012, leaving the average duped shareholder with losses greater than 97%. Since inception, and since MMMW has almost always maintained an unwavering PPS downtrend, nearly all MMMW investors can't even break even at today's PPS.

BTW, anyone who has been watching MMMW for longer than a day or two, can easily see that this most recent PR was very obviously not penned by John Ricker. In fact there are some lines contained in that PR that have been repeated and repeated quite often right here on this very board! HMMM... Somewhat suspicious IMHO
