Dr, J, The tax lien is jut that, a tax lien. In another words, just like an indictment of wrong doing from the state or federal government in the rejection of certain tax deductions or expenses.

ERHE can file an appeal. I any event this event must work it self out through a negotiated settlement as they always do.

As for the price spiking and returning to the days low, I view that as someone who bought low is willing to sell some shares at .25 in order to try and recover some cost at this point in the game that is being caused by the relentless negativity and I believe nothing Nefarious is going on.

Everybody Knows Nothing, Just Insightful Optimism from the Longs and Ambiguous Negativity from the Detractors.

The Truth always resides somewhere between the Overly Optimistic and the Endless Negativity of Gloom and Doom.
