Not sure how the company can just decide without share holder voting on the RS ? They did say if pps stays below listing standard they would do an RS and they did just like that , when they wanted . Were was share holders Voice ? Nice rebound tho , watching to see if it can hold about 1$ thru to May 16 , 180 ext cut off
