As of right now, Vpco knows everyone is going to dump on/before April 15, 2016.

The moment VPCO dares to announce r/s there will be massive dumping and that would kill the PPS staying above .01c...

So wouldn't it be the smart thing for vpco to rise the PPS as high as possible before the major dumping?

I would if I was the company....dirty, but everyone can get rich except for the new bag holders that doesn't know what's going on...

Hey Chuck, they don't need to pay until April 15. Read carefully about the statement "These circumstances include the Company being delayed beyond April 15, 2016 in meeting the requirement for listing or quotation on the OTCQX or the OTCQB."
