I would imagine the paperwork was not filed because their lawyer was arrested for perpetrating pump and dump schemes for other stocks. Yeay, Go you Piece of $CHIT!!!!!
Remember when I informed everyone weeks ago that nobody would be able to trde the stock and I further informed everyone that even if this does reverse split, one's brokerage firm would take days if not weeks to update the CUSIP number. However, something even worse has just transpired. This stock looks as if its about to be de-registered and all shares cancelled. But it shouldn't really matter to those that sold their shares already
