Sheeesh! Very simple. 20% at these levels is not splitting hairs, and the larger the block the lower the commission per share. Why pay the ask if you might get a block for a substantial discount percentage wise. And, those that do not put AON orders in might get tiny partial fills that are not worth the trouble.
