That could be shares accumulated on the buy, and it could be they wanted to set a wall to halt buyers, since they want to buy more tomorrow at low prices. And then someone did slap it for 120k, then they kept removing it and putting it back, strangely. But there is no dilution. Check the last Q, the OS hardly grew.
