10k will be out this month yes! He has made that a point to me in a few of my emails as well. Every time I'm in contact with him, he makes it sound that the deals are SO close to being done... And again, he's made it a point to me that everything is done on their end and out of their hands.

Fully reporting company on the OTC
Cash coming in and clearly stated they will NOT take on any more toxic debt
No change in tradable float
Transparent CEO and company
2-3 major deals nearing an end
Almost oversold territory RSI
Additional big name people being added to the company

These facts alone give this stock a .10 value but market still hasn't responded.

My opinion is that it does soon!
